The Area
You can’t beat the views at this property. This property sits on the east side of Dallas in an up and coming area. You are in walking distance of Smoke which is one of the best BBQ joints in Dallas. This may be a positive or negative depending on your love for BBQ. Another reason this area is so appealing is for couples that have a spouse that works in Fort Worth, you can jump on I30 quickly and Fort Worth is a straight shot.

With the home owner dues you have access to the Historic Belmont Hotel’s Pool. What’s even better is that the hotel is within walking distance for when the mother in law comes to visit you can put her up nearby. The Belmont is known for having great pool parties throughout the summer for if you like to get out, mingle and try some of their craft cocktails.
