“Hey guys, we’re in Ridglea Hills today, this neighborhood is just south of downtown Fort Worth. One of the coolest things about this neighborhood is the lot sizes. These are a lot bigger than most neighborhoods, especially anything new that you’re going to find on the market. Now, most of these homes were built back in the 50s, some were built in the 70s, and so you’re going to find a lot of them have already been updated. You can also find some houses that are not updated.
The proximity to downtown, two golf courses at Ridglea Country Club, along with other amenities like the lake make this neighborhood very desirable. If you’re the type of person who wants to know your neighbors and really feel like part of a community, this is a great place to call home.”
