We expect the market to continue shifting back towards a balanced market. With the bar being set higher for a starter home and property taxes being so high it’s removing a lot of buyers on one income from the market reducing competition. We are starting to see price exhaustion and from working with buyers they are becoming very conscientious of not being house poor.
