In general, any Dallas neighborhoods with a $1,000,000+ home price point are relatively safe! We’ve found Lakewood and Prestonwood Hollow to be two of the safest Dallas neighborhoods to live in.

Lakewood is a vibrant neighborhood located in Dallas, Texas. It is known for its historic homes, green spaces, and vibrant culture. The area is home to White Rock Lake, along with several parks, including Flag Pole Hill and the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens.
