“So this is a question I get all the time. People say, “Hey Tom, when is the best time of year to sell my house?” If you are selling a property that is like an entry-level home, or an entry-level family home, something that, I guess in this market is below $350,000, you’re going to be able to sell that thing year-round. If you are doing something that is a little bit more expensive or more of a specialty-type home, those are going to sell much better during the summer. If you’re selling in the summer, there are a lot more buyers that enter the market, so there’s a better chance that you get one or two people that absolutely fall in love with your house and want to pay more for it.
