How to Avoid Moving Twice

Hey everyone, for today’s tip we are covering how you can avoid moving twice in the process of moving into your new home. Often, people will sell their house, pack all of their stuff and move into a temporary space, then pack all their stuff again when they can move into their new house. Did you know that there is a much easier way to move directly into your new house? You can easily cut out the hassle of moving into a temporary space with the tip in today’s video. Watch the video below to find out more.

Today’s Video:

“Hey guys, headed back from the lake today and I had a great question while I was out there from one of my friends. They said, ‘Hey, how do you sell your house and buy another one without having to move twice?’ The first thing we do is we get the house ready to list, but we don’t list it. We do photos, we do staging, we do all that kind of stuff. Then, we go find your house. Once we find the house, we write an offer contingent on your house selling. We put yours on the market, typically we can sell it in a weekend, and then what we do is provide what is called a ‘Seller’s Leaseback’. Basically, you close on your house and you sell it, but you get to stay there. You lease it back from your buyers for a week or two. A lot of times you can get this done for free, sometimes it costs a little bit of money, but that allows you to move out of that house, into the next one without having to pack all of your stuff up and stay in an apartment or hotel for a couple of days. If this is something that you’re thinking about doing, give us a shout we’d love to help. Have an awesome day.”
