Market Update March 2019 for Fort Worth Real Estate

Yes we are still in a sellers market in residential real estate here in the Fort worth area. Although we have 32% more inventory this time than we did last year, we had such little inventory last year we are still in a sellers market.

For each $1,000 that you borrow it’s about $8/mo. This includes your mortgage, insurance and taxes. So example, on a $200,000 loan your payment is around 8×200=$1,600. This of course depends on your exact location and interest rate.
